The objective of this initiative is to enhance the innovativeness and internationalization of Polish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), alongside Polish research institutions, by augmenting their participation in European Union Programmes.

Financial subsidies may be awarded to projects predicated upon the applicant's participation in an EU Programme. This encompasses activities associated with the preparation of a European Grant, including those undertaken in connection with the solicitation of consortium partners, the drafting of the grant application, any prospective revisions thereof, and its formal presentation during the evaluation phase of the respective EU Programme.
