Within the framework of this initiative, we provide thirty-four select business support instruments, alongside the interactive Entrepreneurial Assistant available via the official portal (www.teampoland.eu/ukraina), complemented by numerous projects executed under the auspices of the 'Team Poland for Ukraine' brand.
We serve as a unified platform for enterprises already operating within the Ukrainian market, as well as those contemplating market entry, that seek sustainable growth through active participation in the economic reconstruction of Ukraine.
Derived from the synergistic approach of six premier Polish development institutions, our offering is comprehensive in scope, addressing the strategic domains of export, import, and investment. Furthermore, this mechanism encompasses robust knowledge-transfer initiatives, including specialized webinars and procurement intelligence.
The Governance and Utilization of the 'Team Poland' and 'Team Poland for Ukraine' Trademarks
The 'Team Poland' brand was conceived and established specifically to advance the interests of Polish entrepreneurs and fortify the national economy. Operating under a unified banner, our constituent institutions act synergistically to enhance the global competitiveness of Polish enterprises and facilitate their international economic expansion. While the intellectual property rights of the brand vest in the institutions of the Polish Development Fund (PFR) Group, it is our explicit objective to extend the collaborative momentum of Team Poland to external stakeholders, including public institutions, commercial entities, and non-profit organizations.
To maximize the strategic potential of Team Poland, a high degree of operational coordination is essential. Consequently, we delineate below the regulatory principles governing the utilization of the 'Team Poland' designation, and we cordially invite interested parties to initiate communication with our secretariat.
The utilization of the Team Poland logo is strictly contingent upon obtaining prior written authorization from the trademark proprietor. Formal requests for such authorization must be submitted via electronic mail to the following address: [email protected].
The logo may be utilized exclusively in strict accordance with the regulations delineated in the official Brand Identity Manual. Any modification of the logo, including alterations to its proportions, color palette, or its application upon backgrounds that compromise its legibility or visual integrity, is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to grant or withhold authorization for the utilization of the logo at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide justification. Each application is subjected to an independent, case-by-case evaluation.
